1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Items returned that do not meet our return criteria may be sent back to you at your own expense.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

  • The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Include clear photos showing the issue.

We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.
There will be no cost to you for returning faulty or incorrect items.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Late or Missing Returns

Returns received outside the 14-day return window may not be eligible for a refund.
Please ensure your return is shipped promptly and that proof of postage is retained.
