All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods, such as sales events or holidays. If delays occur, we will notify you accordingly.


2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at contact@zzzoria.com.


4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Zzzoria is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as absence, restricted access, or address issues, the carrier may:

  • Attempt re-delivery

  • Redirect the parcel to a local collection point

  • Return the parcel to us

If an order is returned to Zzzoria, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


6. International Shipping

Zzzoria ships internationally to selected destinations.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
